Jiaozuo Zhongzhou Carbon Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Zhongzhou Carbon") was established in 1964 and is a technology-based joint-stock enterprise specializing in the production, R&D and sales of carbon products. The company has a total investment of USD 100 million and currently employs more than 800 people, including 80 technical and research personnel.
Zhongzhou Carbon is renowned in the Chinese market with the registered trademark of HSJ, with the production of 100,000 MTPA. Small size products below Φ300 products have a market share of 70-80% in China. Φ200/250 products are renowned in China and highly praised by customers. As the main products of the company, large-sized UHP graphite electrodes such as Φ450, 600, 700 have obtained a large number of end markets and sold overseas.
Based on the nearly 60 years of research and development, production, and business history of carbon products, Zhongzhou Carbon has established an effective management system and passed ISO9001 quality system certification. Its product quality and process technology have reached international advanced levels.
